Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
SF Web Agents (“we,” “us”) is a San Francisco-based studio. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect when you use this site, why, and what control you have over it. It isn’t a substitute for legal advice, just a clear account of what actually happens with your information.
What we collect
The main place we collect information is the contact form on /contact. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name and current website (if any)
- What kind of business you run
- Your timeline and what you want your website to do
- Who referred you, if you tell us (optional)
We don’t collect payment details directly — if you pay for an engagement, that goes through Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout page, governed by Stripe’s privacy policy, not this one.
How it’s stored and used
Form submissions are stored in Supabase, our database provider, and trigger an email to us via Resend, our transactional email provider, plus an automatic confirmation email back to you. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, scope potential work, and follow up — nothing else.
If you book a call, that happens through Cal.com’s embedded scheduling widget, which operates under Cal.com’s own privacy policy for anything you enter there.
Analytics and cookies
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand traffic and page performance. Both are cookieless by design — they don’t track you individually across sites or set tracking cookies. Embedded third-party tools (like the Cal.com booking widget) may set their own cookies under their own policies; we don’t control those.
We don’t sell your data
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason. It’s used to run this business and respond to you, full stop.
Your rights (including California/CCPA)
Because we’re based in San Francisco, California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and we extend the same rights to everyone who contacts us, regardless of location:
- The right to know what information we have about you
- The right to request we delete it
- The right to opt out of the sale of personal information (moot — we don’t sell any)
- The right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of the above
To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, email ag@sfwebagents.com with the email address you used to contact us. We’ll confirm and act on it within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
